Day of Coordinator

The Wedding Queen provides essential services to ensure the smooth execution of your wedding day. Some of the key services offered include:

Finalizing Details: We will review all the contracts and details you have arranged with vendors, ensuring everyone is on the same page and clarifying any questions or concerns.

Creating and Managing Timelines: We will create a detailed schedule for the day, ensuring that all events flow seamlessly, from the ceremony to the reception. We will oversee the adherence to the timeline, making adjustments as needed.

Coordinating Vendors: The coordinator will communicate with all vendors, confirming arrival times, delivery of services, and addressing any last-minute changes or requests.

Managing Set-Up and Decor: We will oversee the setup of your ceremony and reception spaces, ensuring that everything is arranged according to your vision. We will also handle the placement of decor items, such as centerpieces, linens, chairs, and signage.

Assisting with Ceremony: The coordinator will work closely with the officiant, musicians, and wedding party, ensuring everyone knows their roles and cues for a smooth ceremony. We will also manage the processional and recessional.

Directing Reception: We will coordinate the timing of the grand entrance, speeches, toasts, first dance, cake cutting, and any other planned activities. We will work closely with the DJ or band to ensure a seamless flow.

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Should any unexpected issues arise, the day-of coordinator will handle them discreetly and efficiently, minimizing any disruptions to the wedding day.

Managing Clean-Up: After the celebrations, the coordinator will oversee the clean-up process, ensuring that all vendor materials are collected, gifts are secured, and the venue is left in its original condition.

Decor Set up/Take down

At our wedding decor service, the Wedding Queen is dedicated to providing a stress-free experience for our clients. When you choose our set up and take down package, here are the services included:

Consultation: The Wedding Queen will schedule an initial consultation to discuss your wedding decor vision, preferences, and requirements. We will work closely with you to understand your specific needs.

Professional Setup: The Wedding Queen will arrive at the venue on the agreed-upon date and time to handle the set-up. We will carefully place all decor elements as per the pre-approved plan, taking care of every detail to create a stunning atmosphere for your special day.

Coordination with Other Vendors: We understand the importance of collaboration when it comes to wedding preparations. The Wedding Queen will coordinate with your venue staff and other vendors involved to ensure a smooth set-up process. This includes working with the florist, caterer, DJ, and any other relevant parties to ensure seamless integration of decor elements.

Installation of Decor Items: Whether it's setting up your perfect photo wall, setting up floral arrangements, arranging table linens and centrepieces, or positioning signage, our team will take care of all installation tasks. We will follow the design plan closely to ensure that everything is placed perfectly.

Quality Check: Once the set-up is complete, the Wedding Queen will inspect every aspect of the decor to ensure it meets our high standards. We will make any necessary adjustments to guarantee that everything looks pristine and cohesive.

Take-Down and Cleanup: After your wedding, we will return to the venue to dismantle and remove all decor items. Our team will be responsible for carefully packing up and organizing everything, so you don't have to worry about any mess. We will ensure that the venue is left clean and tidy, making the tear-down process hassle-free for you.
